We accept returns on most products within 28 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Certain items may be exempt from returns for hygiene reasons (earrings etc) These will be clearly stated on the product page.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@greenpheasantgifts.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you that it has been received and confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days.

Please note that:

• Delivery charges are generally non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or we made an error.
• If the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by transit, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us within 28 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Depending on the situation, we will offer:

• A replacement
• An exchange
• A full refund

All at no additional cost to you.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Gift cards
• Custom or personalised items
• Opened beauty or hygiene products
• Perishable goods
• Sale or clearance items
